1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the contractual relationship between The Knife and Fork Industry and any customer making a purchase on our official e-commerce website The Knife and Fork Industry, concerning the sale of our main product: a Moroccan-made pan intended for professionals and individuals.
By validating an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these GTCS without reservation.
2. Products
Our website offers a single main product: Traditional pan for Dutch pancakes, carefully designed according to high quality standards. Each product page provides a detailed description along with illustrative photos.
Minor variations in color or finish may occur without affecting the quality or functionality of the product.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT included). Prices may vary depending on the destination country, according to the applicable VAT rate and any delivery fees.
International shipping fees are indicated separately before order confirmation.
The Knife and Fork Industry reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
4. Orders and payment
Customers can place orders directly on our website through a secure process. Full payment is required at the time of order.
We accept the following payment methods:

The order will be considered final only after full payment has been received.
5. Delivery
International deliveries are handled by our logistics partners. Average delivery times range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination.
Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped. Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country remain the customer’s responsibility.
6. Warranty
Our pans undergo strict quality control before shipment. They benefit from a 6-month conformity warranty covering any manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not apply in cases of misuse, impact, negligence, or use not compliant with the instructions.
7. Liability
The Knife and Fork Industry cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from improper use of the product. The company’s liability is limited to the amount of the order placed.
